Honestly, we’re flexible—whether you want something simple or something more high-end, we work with you to make it fit your style and your budget.

Yeah, so our process is pretty straightforward and hands-on. First, we meet with you to get a good idea of what you’re looking for—your style, budget, must-haves, and anything else you want in your home. If you already have land, great—if not, we can help you find the right spot.

Once we lock in the design, we get the plans drafted, handle permits, and then we’re off to building. Throughout the whole build, we keep you in the loop with updates and walkthroughs, so you’re never in the dark. It’s really about making sure you feel good every step of the way—no surprises, no pressure, just a home that fits you perfectly.

I’d say the biggest difference is how personal we make the process. We’re not just handing you a pre-made floor plan and calling it custom—we actually take the time to understand your lifestyle, how you live, and what’s important to you.

We break it down step by step, keep communication open the whole time, and answer all the questions—even the ones you might feel silly asking. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and excited, not overwhelmed.

The whole process usually takes around 6 to 12 months, depending on the size of the home and how fast permits go through. Design and planning can take 4-8 weeks, permits usually take 1–3 months, and the actual build is around 4–9 months. We keep things moving as quickly as possible without cutting corners. This could take longer, maybe shorter, it all depends on how smoothly all the factors process.

Can you help me find land?

Yes, we can definitely help you find land. We work with local agents and have access to a few off-market lots too. Just let us know what area you’re looking in and what kind of property you want — we’ll help you find the right fit to build on.

Can I make changes to a design once I start?

We always recommend finalizing your design before construction starts — it saves time, money, and headaches. You can make changes during the build, but just know it’ll usually come with added costs and could slow things down. The more we lock in upfront, the smoother everything goes.
